The room was clean. Staff were attentive. I was given a key to let myself into the hotel, so I had no concerns about returning late.

thin walls cold water

the noise WAS a problem. i could hear everything through the thin walls the people next door were loud. also the shower only had cold water , made IT impossible to enjoy a relaxing shower.

The spoon for tea was dirty, a real letdown. the heating was off at night. I was freezing. i found the room very cold during the night and in the morning, and i found this unacceptable.

friendly staff easy check-in bed hair shower hair

The staff was friendly. Check-in was easy and i was given helpful suggestions for exploring the city. The hotel location is central, with access to various attractions. The room was quiet.

I found hairs on the bed . There was also hair in the shower. Some of the essentials could use updating and refreshing.
